O'Neill. Recommendation That the School Board reject Diana O'Neill's request for payment of attorney fees and costs and authorize counsel to file a declaratory judgment action to resolve the issue of whether and, if so, to what extent, the School Board owes Diana O'Neill any reimbursement for attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending the case of Hatfield v.
